1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Linx Softwares Corporation LTDA, operator of the SegBoost platform. To exercise your rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service and improve the user experience. Here is what we collect and when:

When placing an order:

• Instagram username or post link you provide (profile @ or URL). We do not collect your password.
• Email: used to send order confirmation and access recovery.
• Country of origin: determined by the Cloudflare IP header (field cf-ipcountry). The raw IP address is not stored.
• Device type: reported by the browser and sanitized before storage.
• Referral source: referring domain (ref_source) and UTM campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign), when present in the URL.
• Discount coupon: code and discount amount applied, when applicable.
• Payment data: payment processing is handled entirely by the Mercado Pago (PIX) and Cryptomus (cryptocurrency) gateways. SegBoost only receives payment confirmation and the amount paid. Card data or private cryptocurrency keys never pass through our servers.

When creating an account:

• Email, name and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Credit balance, order history and referral program data.

3. Purpose of processing

• Processing orders and delivering the service.
• Sending confirmations and updates by email.
• Managing the user's account, credits and history.
• Preventing fraud and abuse.
• Improving the platform through aggregated and anonymous metrics.

4. Analytics and tracking

We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted), a cookieless solution that does not collect personally identifiable data. Plausible records only anonymous events such as page views and checkout initiation, without sending data to third-party servers and without building individual profiles.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook), third-party tracking cookies or fingerprinting.

5. Data sharing

Your data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary for operations:

• SMM providers (smmoficial.com, brsmm.com): receive the Instagram username or post link to process your order.
• Mercado Pago: PIX payment gateway. Governed by Mercado Pago's own privacy policy.
• Cryptomus: cryptocurrency payment gateway. Governed by Cryptomus's own privacy policy.
• Resend: transactional email service. Receives your email address to send confirmations.

We do not sell, rent or share data for advertising purposes.

6. Data retention

Order data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. Account data is kept while the account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

7. Your rights

As a personal data subject under applicable privacy law (including the Brazilian LGPD and the EU GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process data about you.
• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data.
• Request data portability to another service provider.
• Withdraw consent at any time, when processing is based on consent.

8. Cookies

SegBoost uses only essential cookies to maintain the authenticated user session and ensure the platform functions correctly. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the most recent revision occurred. For material changes, we will notify users by email.
