    1. About SegBoost

    SegBoost is a social media acceleration platform that offers Instagram growth services, including followers, likes and Reels views, delivered through specialized Social Media Marketing (SMM) providers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    2. Service description

    SegBoost resells SMM (Social Media Marketing) services through external providers. The service consists of expanding your Instagram profile's reach through the delivery of followers, likes or Reels views to the profile or post you specify at checkout.

    We never ask for your Instagram password. The only information required is your public username (@) or post link. Your profile remains fully under your control throughout the process.

    For delivery to happen, your Instagram profile must be set to public while the order is in progress. Private profiles cannot receive delivery and are not eligible for replacement.

    3. Eligibility and acceptable use

    To use SegBoost, you must be at least 18 years old or have the express authorization of a legal guardian. By creating an account, you declare that the information provided is accurate and that the Instagram profile you indicate belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it.

    Use of SegBoost for illegal, defamatory, discriminatory purposes or in violation of Instagram's Terms of Use is prohibited. Misuse may result in account suspension without a right to a refund.

    4. Payments

    Payments are processed through the following methods:

    • PIX via Mercado Pago (Brazil): primary method, with instant confirmation. The payment receipt may display the processor's name.
    • Cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin and others): in the process of being enabled. Available only when displayed on the payment page.

    All prices are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. SegBoost reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice, except for already confirmed orders.

    5. Guarantee and replacement

    SegBoost offers a free replacement for 30 days from the order delivery date. If the delivered quantity drops below the contracted amount within that period, you may request a replacement by emailing [email protected] with your order tracking code.

    The replacement guarantee does not apply to drops caused by changes to the user's own profile, such as switching to a private account, blocking content or deleting posts.

    6. Results and limitations

    SegBoost does not guarantee specific results from Instagram's algorithm, such as organic reach growth, monetization, viral content or financial gains. SMM services aim to increase presence metrics, but a profile's actual performance depends on external factors beyond our control, including Instagram's policies and updates.

    Use of this service is at the user's own risk. SegBoost is not responsible for any restrictions applied by Instagram to the user's account.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SegBoost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. SegBoost's total liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

    8. Changes to terms

    SegBoost may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision occurred. Continued use of the services after any change implies acceptance of the new terms.

    9. Governing law

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of SegBoost's registered address, unless otherwise required by law. The service complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) with respect to the processing of personal data.
