1. About SegBoost

SegBoost is a social media acceleration platform that offers Instagram growth services, including followers, likes and Reels views. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Before paying for an order or a credit top up, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Refund Policy. For resellers, using the reseller API key and topping up the credits that pay for its orders counts as acceptance of these Terms and the Refund Policy for all of those orders.

2. Service description

SegBoost offers digital services that increase your Instagram profile's presence metrics through the delivery of followers, likes or Reels views to the profile or post you specify at checkout.

We never ask for your Instagram password. The only information required is your public username (@) or post link. Your profile remains fully under your control throughout the process.

For delivery to happen, your Instagram profile must be set to public while the order is in progress. Private profiles cannot receive delivery and are not eligible for replacement.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

To use SegBoost, you must be at least 18 years old or have the express authorization of a legal guardian. By creating an account, you declare that the information provided is accurate and that the Instagram profile you indicate belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it.

Use of SegBoost for illegal, defamatory, discriminatory purposes or in violation of Instagram's Terms of Use is prohibited. Misuse may result in account suspension without a right to a refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through the following methods:

• PIX (Brazil): instant confirmation. The payment receipt may display the processor's name.
• Credit card via Mercado Pago: accepted including cards issued outside Brazil. The charge is a single payment in Brazilian reais (BRL), with no instalments. Card data is handled by the processor; SegBoost does not store the card number, expiry date or security code. Approval depends on the issuing bank.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin and others) via Cryptomus: confirmed automatically on the network. Available when displayed on the payment page.

The amount in Brazilian reais (BRL) and any informative USD or EUR reference are shown before confirmation. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the charge is processed in BRL and the card issuer may apply its own conversion and fees. SegBoost may adjust prices without changing already confirmed orders.

5. Guarantee and replacement

SegBoost offers a free replacement for 30 days from the order delivery date. If the delivered quantity drops below the contracted amount within that period, you may request a replacement by emailing [email protected] with your order tracking code.

The replacement guarantee does not apply to drops caused by changes to the user's own profile, such as switching to a private account, blocking content or deleting posts.

The replacement guarantee is included in the services that announce it. SegBoost also offers lines without replacement, identified by name and shown before payment, priced lower precisely because they do not include this guarantee.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The service is activated when your order is sent for delivery, which happens right after payment is confirmed. This rule only applies where there is no statutory right to a full refund. Once the service is activated, a refund, if you request one, is partial: it equals the amount paid minus what has already been spent delivering your order. Fees charged by the payment method on the purchase or on a platform credit top up are also deducted from the refund, if you request one.

For online purchases made in Brazil, the 7-day right of withdrawal can be exercised through the website's support chat. The full conditions, including the automatic credit for an order that does not start and the replacement guarantee, are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Results and limitations

The scope of the purchase is the delivery of the quantity and service selected in the order. Organic reach, monetization, viral content and financial gains are additional outcomes that depend on the content, audience, profile activity and Instagram's policies and updates.

The user must keep the profile compliant with Instagram's rules. Decisions and restrictions applied by Instagram are not controlled by SegBoost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SegBoost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. SegBoost's total liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

9. Changes to terms

SegBoost may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision occurred. Continued use of the services after any change implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of SegBoost's registered address, unless otherwise required by law. The service complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) with respect to the processing of personal data.
