    1. Nature of the service

    SegBoost offers digital Instagram growth services (followers, likes and Reels views) that are initiated automatically upon payment confirmation. As digital services with immediate delivery, specific rules described in this policy apply.

    2. Free 30-day replacement guarantee

    SegBoost offers a free replacement for 30 days from the order delivery date. If the delivered quantity drops below the contracted amount within that period, you are entitled to request a replacement at no additional cost.

    The replacement guarantee covers the difference between what was contracted and what remains delivered at the end of the period. It is not cumulative: if a replacement is requested, the new 30-day period starts from the replacement delivery date.

    3. Replacement conditions

    For a replacement to be valid, the following must apply:

    • The order must have been completed (delivery status "complete" on your tracking code).
    • The Instagram profile must have remained public from delivery through the date of the request.
    • The post (for likes or views) must not have been deleted or significantly edited after delivery.
    • The request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

    The guarantee does not cover drops caused by:

    • Switching the profile to private after delivery.
    • Deleting or archiving posts.
    • Removal of followers/likes by Instagram itself (algorithmic purges).
    • User actions that violate Instagram's Terms of Use.

    4. How to request a replacement

    To request a replacement, email [email protected] with the following information:

    • Your order tracking code.
    • Profile username (@) or post link.
    • Current count versus contracted amount.

    Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the replacement will be initiated at no additional cost.

    5. Monetary refund policy

    As digital services with delivery initiated immediately after payment, we do not offer monetary refunds once delivery has begun, except in the following cases:

    • Proven non-delivery: if the order has not started within 48 hours of payment confirmation and our support does not respond within 72 hours, a full refund will be processed.
    • Incorrect charge: in case of a duplicate charge or an amount different from what was shown at checkout, the difference will be refunded within 5 business days.

    6. Platform credits

    In situations not covered by the monetary refund and not eligible for replacement, SegBoost may, at its discretion, offer platform credits as an alternative. Credits can be used on future orders and do not expire.
